Terms of use of the Welcome to Estonia logo and slogan, photos and videos (hereinafter design files)

User of the design files (hereinafter user) provided on the Enterprise Estonia’s website Introduce Estonia is obliged to comply with the following terms or use:

  1. The user is entitled to indeterminately use the design files all over the world according to the area of usage determined in clause 2, based on a nonexclusive licence without the right to give underlicence.
  2. The user in entitled to use the design files for introducing Estonia both on the territory of Estonia and abroad in printed materials, websites, printed, motion and outdoor commercials, presentations, visual designs (hereinafter area of usage).
  3. The user is entitled to use the design files as provided, including enlarging and minimizing. Changing the design files and deviating from the area of usage are not allowed.
  4. The user is obliged to inform Enterprise Estonia about each use of the design files by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  5. The user discovering any violation against the right to use the design files by third parties is obliged immediately to inform Enterprise Estonia about it.
  6. In case a photo from the Introduce Estonia photo bank is used, if possible the user is obliged to mark down the author’s name of a photo.
  7. In case the user has violated the terms of use of the design files, Enterprise Estonia is entitled to prohibit the user from further using the design files, Enterprise Estonia also is entitled to use all measures of civil law to protect its copyrights.
  8. In case of significant change in the design files or deviation from the area of usage, Enterprise Estonia is entitled to claim a contractual penalty of up to 25 000 kroons for each violation.
  9. In order to download the design files you have to log on to the Introduce Estonia environment and agree to the terms of use.
